• Customers may cancel their home warranty plans within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
• If a claim has been made or cancellation occurs after 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the plan, minus any administrative fees and the cost of claims paid.

2.2. Exclusions:

• Refunds are not provided for warranty plans that have expired or for denied claims.

• Products purchased from Prisimix Solutions LLC are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
